Factbot Data Deletion Instructions
You can request deletion of information associated with your Factbot account.
How to Submit a Request
- Email motya186@gmail.com with the subject Factbot data deletion request.
- Include your Instagram username and, if linked, your Telegram username.
- To protect your account, we may ask you to verify that you control the linked Instagram or Telegram account.
What We Delete
After verification, the request covers your Factbot user record, Instagram and Telegram linkage, stored submissions, messages and notes, downloaded media retained by Factbot, transcripts, generated analyses and memory entries, and operational records that are not required for limited security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or legal purposes.
De-identified derived analysis of public content that is stored without User IDs or personal notes is not a User record and may remain available for other users. Your own submission, response, Note, conversation events, and memory entry pointing to it are deleted.
Timing
Verified requests are completed from active systems within 30 days. We will send a confirmation when the request is complete. Transient provider or infrastructure backups may expire later on their normal schedules.
